(b) Data analysis techniques , including cost accounting, quantitative modelling and statistical analysis (such as multiple regression analysis) that makes use of MS Excel. It is possible that for data analysis, some additional secondary data can be gathered as well in data analysis. Overall research method to use that covers both (a) and (b) can be case study , which can be single case study or multiple case studies. When starting to teach ecommerce, a Pakistani student walked into my class; the class reminded me to deliver lecture in English instead of Cantonese. S o I changed to English Channel to teach. This student said "no.. no. I can understand Cantonese"..   During the lecture, I learned that he lives in HK for a long time; he even told me that when our PRC sportmen won Olympic gold medals, he was so "touched" that he cried... So I said: "you do not need our National Education and you are more chinese than me.."   Frankly, I thought the student was making a gag, which I very much appreciated.
