and End-Point Survey in the Beginning of the Term We have been following UK practice
to conduct the Mid-Point Survey and End-Point Survey in every module
since AY23/24. Our KPI is to reach at least 60% completion
rate which we still have not yet achieved. From the
feedback from academics, we will now start to publish both Mid-Point and
End-Point Survey in the beginning of the term which will allow you to decide
the suitable periods to conduct the survey with students. We hope this will
improve the completion rate. You can also monitor and view the
data while conducting the surveys by accessing the Qualtrics portal – please
click here. If you are not familiar where the
surveys are located, here is the information again. Both mid-point surveys
and end-point surveys will be assigned to all modules on Canvas. This will
allow students to provide their module feedback via Canvas. The surveys will
be imported into the ‘Assignments” tab. Please note that these will be
repeated every term for collection of evaluation data as required by the
University. [Let us do the
survey in week 6] **** * dissertation sample in Google Drive. |
