Note: For SMA assignment, try to study a pofit-making company (not a non-profit-making organization); it is acceptable to study a company that is not listed in Stock Exchange [if it is feasible for you to do so.] It is theoretically tricky to appy strategic management thinking for a non-profit-making company.
