The marking criteria are deduced
from the relevant chapter summaries. These summaries act as ‘model answers’.
The mark awarded is therefore a reflection of how many of the points you have
covered from the model answer, and how well you have covered them. Providing a
structured answer will be rewarded. Due to the nature of the topic being
studied essay-style answer are not encouraged as this is not a discursive
subject. Please note extra credit is given for the inclusion and explanation
of relevant diagrams.
